  There is always a parking spot reserved for you when you make a reservation. However, this is not a stated spot, so you can park wherever you want.

• Can I also park longer than the time I have indicated?

  

  It is possible to park longer than the end time of your reservation, because the system keeps track of how long you are inside. You then have to pay the extra amount. Keep in mind that any discounts are not included in this remaining amount, because you pay the regular rate of the relevant Q-Park parking garage.

• How does entering and exiting on license plate recognition work?

  

  By specifying your license plate during the reservation, it will be registered in our system. As soon as you arrive in the Q-Park parking garage, the system will immediately recognize your license plate and the barrier will open for you at the entrance and exit, you don't have to do anything further.

• Can I enter the parking garage earlier than the reserved time?

  

  It is unfortunately not possible to enter the parking garage before the reserved time.

• Can I enter and exit the parking garage more often during a reservation?

  

  With your reservation you can enter and exit the parking garage several times within the time you have reserved. There is no maximum attached to this.

• Is it possible to reserve a disabled parking spot/electric charging point?

  

  It is not possible to reserve a separate parking spot for this.

• I want to park longer than 22 days, is this possible?

  

  A reservation for Park+Fly is valid for a maximum of 22 days. If you want to park longer, it is possible for the regular rate. You will pay for the extra days when you exit the parking garage.

• How do I reach the airport from the parking garage?

  

  The confirmation you received from us contains a QR-code for the bus. Scan these on the outward and return trip. You can use the bus for free with a maximum of 5 people.

  •Q-Park Spaarne Gasthuis (Schiphol) From the Q-Park Spaarne Gasthuis parking garage in Hoofddorp, it is approximately 15 minutes to the departure hall of Schiphol. With Park+Fly you can use theConnexxion lijnbus 300for free, which runs daily between 05:00 am and 00:57 am up to 10 times an hour to and from the airport. The bus departs right next to the parking garage at the stop 'Spaarne Gasthuis' and stops at the entrance of the departure hall. At night you can use the night bus N30for free. It runs twice an hour, from 01:00 am to 05:00 am.

  •Q-Park Buitenplein (Schiphol) From the Q-Park Buitenplein parking garage in Amstelveen, it is approximately twenty minutes to the departure hall of Schiphol. With Park+Fly you can use the Connexxion lijnbus 300for free, which runs daily between 05:12 am and 00:46 am up to 10 times an hour to and from the airport. From the parking garage it is a 5-minute walk (500m) to the 'Amstelveen Busstation' bus stop. The bus is at the airport in 15 minutes and stops at the entrance of the departure hall. At night you can use the night bus N30for free. It runs 2x per hour, from 01:12 am to 04:42 am.

• Due to a delay I arrive later than the reserved parking period, what now?

  

  This is no problem when entering. Did this happen on the way back? Then use the help button at the exit, and our customer service will help you further.

• I want to park longer than planned, how do I adjust my reservation?

  

  If you want to change your reservation for Park+Fly you have to cancel your current reservation, up to 1 hour in advance this is free of charge. You can then make a new reservation, we will refund the money from the old reservation.

  Note: You can park for a maximum of 22 consecutive days with Park+Fly. Also: Always check whether the period you have chosen is also available, we cannot guarantee that it is possible to make your reservation again for a longer period.

• How can I use the tram to Scheveningen?

  

  After you have made your reservation you will receive a confirmation email. In this email you will find a QR code. With this QR code you can travel with HTM tram from and to Scheveningen.

• How can I use the HTM Bike?

  

  After you have made a reservation you will receive a confirmation email. In this e-mail you will find a code with which you can rent an HTM Bike. In the app you can click on the menu item 'Promos' in the menu bar. Enter the code from the confirmation email and click on pay with credit. Find a bike via the app, unlock the lock and off you go!
