Was put on a cancellation list and got a much sooner appointment than expected Was very happy with the outcome

I never have to wait long for my appt, everyone is always so nice and polite. The rooms always look and smell clean. I always feel like I'm cared about and listened to.

Dr. Munson is always friendly and I feel that she genuinely cares about my well being. I feel comfortable to express my concerns and open up to her. She is a wonderful Doctor.

My experience was as always exceptional. The nurses, she's just as nice as they can be. All the girls in the lab and Dr. Holly is just wonderful.

I still don't feel to good sometimes I feel like I'm going to fall forward

Dr. Munson is so caring and understanding. She immediately scheduled tests and follow-up work I need done. She is very compassionate and I feel I am in excellent hands. I trust and respect her very much and am so grateful to have her as my doctor.

This is my primary medical team. Everyone from the ladies up front to the Doctor are great. I really value and appreciate how they are willing to help me.

Everyone in the office from: front desk to phlebotomy to nursing staff, & MD's are polite, friendly & they care about you. The nursing staff & MD's listen to you about your concerns or problems you may have encounted regarding your care. Would not go anywhere else!!

I have never had a bad experience at this practice.Dr Munson and her employees are all wonderful. However I am very disappointed at the United Health Care / Prisma disagreement that is currently going on. My husband is an employee with Duke Energy - probably the largest employer in the county. How Prisma could not come to an agreement with UHC to continue to provide care to upwards of 1000 people is beyond my comprehension. Continuation of care is dire in some instances - including mine and my husbands. We both have autoimmune disorders that require a team of doctors working together to help us. My daughter sees Dr Munson and as a teenager with high anxiety, a change in doctor at this point might be detrimental to her healing journey. Basically all of these families are at the mercy of our insurance carrier - that is nothing new; but to now be at the mercy of our most convenient health care providers is disturbing. I know dozens of employees that will be forced to basically start over with their health care at new facilities. I know I'm not the only patient, wife and mother that this is effecting. I just can't imagine the amount of disappointment Prisma is causing across the state.

I was treated extremely well by doctor and staff, do like them. My big complaint is with billing in Prisma, and the inaccuracy, and also the untimely availability due to their scheduling.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Munson and her staff, especially her nurse. Everyone's who works there is absolutely wonderful they all take time to listen to you and they actually care about what you are in there for.

They listen to what you have to say and to me that's important.
