Can’t for the life of me remember the hairdresser that cut my hair. But, she did an amazing job. Usually there’s always something I find when I get home a hair somewhere that forgot to get trimmed. Not one hair was out of place. She the first person to ever ask if I wanted my side burns blended into my beard. I asked for her to cut the part in my hair and she did a great job with that not to high not to low perfect. But I would highly recommend going there. Highly recommend!!!!! I’ll be going back for sure!!!!

Last time I was there, they cut it shorter than I wanted but it still turned out cute. I decided to try them again and had to reschedule my appointment twice. The girl who answered the phone, Melissa or Marissa, was very very rude and hung up on me while I was trying to reschedule. When I called back, she was still rude and offered no apology only excuses. I’m sure they won’t care but I’m not spending another penny here.

My husband was very pleased with his service, but when I went in I was refused service. All I wanted was a haircut for my 10 yo., and though I didn’t have an appointment the stylist had 30 MIN before her next appointment (and the salon was empty). When she told me that I was planning on double tipping for not having an appointment and I replied, “All I need is a haircut for my kiddo.” She, “Well, I have an appointment in 30 min….” so I replied, “All I need is his hair cut, is that really gonna take more than 20 min.?” she just repeated herself, acting like she just wanted to stand around doing NOTHING until her next appointment. So, I finally said, ok never mind, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Seemed unprofessional, rude and kind of lazy.

I highly recommend the stylist Jennifer because she is very kind and good at what she does. I was getting my hair dyed and it took around 8 hours, but let me just say it was WORTH it. It turned out so amazing and Jennifer is really patient. I also noticed how social the other stylists were too! They’re so funny and all seem like really cool people. I personally found this salon to be very comfortable and professional. I highly recommend the stylist Jennifer because she is very kind and good at what she does. I was getting my hair dyed and it took around 8 hours, but let me just say it was WORTH it. It turned out so amazing and Jennifer is really patient. Very irritating to call & the phone just rings & rings, no answer. If the phone is unattended please get a voicemail set up so customers can cancel appointments in a timely manner or have their calls returned. GAIL gives fantastic haircuts for men & has a great personality!

Critical:Professionalism,QualityHad an appointment at 10am this morning, came in had an appointment already scheduled online, and was told I cannot get my hair done because she had 2 hair cutting appointments later on in the day at 12 & 1.
